Physical Therapist Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assessing patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet the goals of the Physical Therapy Plan of Care
- Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
- Instructing patient/family/caregivers on patient’s comprehensive physical therapy program
- Advising, consulting, and interacting with members of the multi-disciplinary team regarding the Physical Therapy Plan of Care
- Observing and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to physician and appropriate multi-disciplinary team members
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
- Dynamic interest in Physical Therapy program and staff development
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ohio license
- Ability to complete documentation via EHR.
