We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls with proper phone etiquette, taking reservations or answering questions as needed.
- Support fellow team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
