Leasing Professional Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the property, greeting and assisting residents, prospective residents, and vendors.
- Conduct property tours and show apartments to potential residents, highlighting community features and amenities.
- Manage leasing efforts, including accepting and processing rental applications.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and leasing team to achieve occupancy and income goals while minimizing expenses.
- Prepare move-in/move-out documentation and perform inspections.
- Collect rent payments under Property Manager supervision.
- Maintain organized resident files, work order logs, and perform administrative tasks.
- Help organize and promote resident events and social functions.
- Conduct property inspections, ensuring the model units, grounds, and amenities are well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns promptly.
- Assist with Manager duties as needed in absence of manager.
- You must arrive at work at the start of your shift. If you are not able to work your shift, a change form must be completed and approved by a manager. If no one is available to work your shift, we expect you to be there.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Leasing Professional Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Student housing leasing experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Entrata property management software is highly desirable.
- High energy, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with potential residents.
