Pay $13.78 - $18.00
Night Shift Differential $2.00 per hour
Spinning:
- Cycle assigned frame, repair all ends down
- Flag any trouble spindles for technician as needed
- Observe track function per cycle report any problems to technicians
- Repair only minor jams on track
- Clean all floor grates per cycle as needd
- Keep all bobbins off floor, head and fast ends to frames
- Doff spinning frames as needed
- Replace all emplty bobbins on spindles when doffing
- Replace missing travelers as needed
- Service link and track trouble as needed
- Replace any bad top rolls, check for bad or missing aprons, report any problems to technicians
- Remove any bobbins with yarn from empty bobbin track and remove yarn from bobbins
- Brush off head and foot ends of assigned frames twice per shift
- Help piece up doffed frames with high ends down
- Any other duties specified by supervisor
Creelers:
- Creel in full roving as needed
- Put up ends that fall when creeling
- Assist on frames with high ends down as needed
- Assist Spinners only during excessive problems
- Help with bad doffs in spinning and winding as needed
- Assist with cleanng spindles if frame malfunctions
- Assist on cleanup of roving strips
- Roller pick brakes
- Clean roving creels during long week
- Any othe duties specified by supervisor

PREFERRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES
High School Diploma or GED
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to learn and perform all scheduled job procedures independently; to keep the assigned job functioning at all times.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be physically equipped to maintain an upright, walking position for a twelve (12) hour shifts. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must keep work area and machines clean. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times and adhered to all safety rules and procedures.
