Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including processing all facets of accounts receivable.
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior management, handling correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel, and Quickbooks for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
- Act as a receptionist greeting patients and answering inbound calls.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Quick-books and general computer literacy.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred.
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain meticulous records.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communication.
- Previous experience as an office receptionist or manager is preferred.
