Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive office manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to staff and management, and maintaining a professional environment. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including processing all facets of accounts receivable.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to senior management, handling correspondence and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel, and Quickbooks for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
  • Act as a receptionist greeting patients and answering inbound calls.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Quick-books and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred.
  • Ability to file documents accurately and maintain meticulous records.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communication.
  • Previous experience as an office receptionist or manager is preferred.
