About the Position
We are seeking a full-time Audiology Technician-in-Training for our offices in Bettendorf and Davenport, Iowa. This is a shared location (you work in both offices on different days). In this position, you will:
Attend virtual and in-person training to learn the key skills and abilities needed to support our Audiologists and patients with hearing instrument care and repair.
Receive hands on practical experience with our Licensed Hearing Healthcare Providers (Audiologist).
Order and maintain inventory for hearing instruments, supplies and equipment.
Provide exemplary patient care for walk-in and cleaning appointments, pairing hearing aids with phones, and process patient paperwork and chart notes.
Occasional fill-in for Patient Care Coordinator and assist with office tasks as needed.

Willing to learn on the job and through hands-on training and development and become a competent Audiology Technician within 6-12 months of hire.
