Position: Fiber Splicer – Fiber Construction
As a Fiber Splicer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our advanced fiber networks. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team in the telecommunications field.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of splicing and testing fiber optic networks.
- Collaborate and learn from expert splicers to refine skills.
- Assist the Foreman/Supervisor with day-to-day tasks.
- Operate construction equipment as needed (if licensed and authorized).
- Maintain and clean company vehicles and equipment.
- Adapt to working in diverse temperatures and climates.
- Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the assigned work shift.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
Requirements:
- Highly detail-oriented and patient.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Texas as required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
