- Handle phone calls, answering questions and directing inquiries to the right departments
- Manage appointments using a state-of-the-art scheduling system
- Verify insurance details and process co-pays/payments
- Keep patient records up-to-date, including collecting records from referring doctors' offices
- Seamlessly coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences, keeping patient flow efficient and stress-free
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information
