Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on the facility, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work within established timelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Document completed work and maintain accurate records of services performed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building trades, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
