Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our client's team. THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION IN BOLINGBROOK, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and the ability to read schematics. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Fabricate and repair components as needed to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers to ensure proper operation of automated systems.
- Execute residential painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of facilities.
- Lead small teams in various maintenance projects, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Read and interpret schematics to effectively diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and materials used.
Skills
