We are currently searching for another great Team Member in our Roanoke Engineering Department with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or a related field). We prefer candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Civil3D software and the ability to prepare Site Civil Plans for land development projects. These plans include but are not limited to Utility, Grading, Erosion Control, and Stormwater Management plans. Candidates must have an understanding of current regulations pertaining to Stormwater Management and have the ability to perform calculations pertaining to these regulations.
Great written and oral communication skills are vital. A willingness to be coachable and the attitude to do whatever it takes for us to meet (and exceed) our clients' needs is an important characteristic. Our Engineering Staff works closely with our Surveying Staff and being able to articulate your knowledge and ideas effectively is vital to our success. We prefer candidates with an EIT / PE license.
