Position Summary:
Responsible for setup and adjustment of tooling, equipment, and production lines. Performs minor repairs and maintenance duties. Understands specifications and work orders.
Responsibilities:
* Performs setups on machines, equipment, or production lines.
* Handles minor repairs and maintenance of equipment with a minimum of supervision.
* Understands specifications and work orders to assure that proper setup is achieved.
* Approves inspection reports as required.
* Basic fabrication as required.
* Responsible for monitoring department equipment for safety. Informs supervision of unsafe conditions.
* Completes paperwork as required, including time, inspection, downtime, scrap, productivity, and production reports.
Qualifications
* Must be in good standing with the company.
* Preferred: High school education with 6 months of manufacturing experience.
