- Assist in the analysis, design, testing, implementation, and optimization of IT systems used in supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
- Help to maintain and update supply chain databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials for supply chain IT systems.
- Support the team in troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for system improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on project progress and results.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and IT systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PBI.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle is a plus.
