1. Uses TIG welding to weld production parts
2. Uses standard hand welding to perform rework on parts, drier cans, etc.
3. Sets up welding equipment and bracket parts to be welded
4. Adjusts welder as needed to obtain proper heat for accurate welding beads
5. Responsible for welding equipment
6. Responsible for the quality of materials or products welded
7. Inspection of material (looking for defects on parts)
8. Material Handling
9. Train others in Operation related skills and procedures Produce quality parts
10. Meet productivity requirements
11. Exercise good housekeeping in work area 5S plus Safety
12. Support and participate in Parker's "Lean" initiatives. Keep work area, clean and organized.
13. Follow safety requirements and promotes sound safety practices; report all accidents and unsafe conditions and wear all Personal Protective Equipment.
