1st Shift Material Handler

As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, counting and identifying materials at receipt and in the warehouse, then ensuring inventory is accurate at all times.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 7 AM - 3 PM
• Some overtime
  
  

Responsibilities

• Must be familiar with receiving methods
• Must be able to use a computer and the stock locator system
• Must be able to independently move to the work within receiving tasks to eliminate batches/overflow situations as necessary by a self-directed team
• Must perform ancillary warehousing tasks, including but not limited to: cycle counting, replenishment. Consolidation, PO discrepancies, and dunnage
• Must be able to operate all materials handling equipment
• Must be willing to back up cell operators and other material handling processes
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years Operating a forklift or equivalent equipment preferred
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Good math, reading and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
