Competitive wages: Our entry level Maintenance Operator starts at $19.46 an hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for working 3rd shift. In addition to wages, our team members also receive quarterly bonuses, set by company growth and quality goals. This is 2.5%-10% of annual earnings! That means team members are comfortable year round, working in air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter!

- Aircraft including the F-22 Raptor and V-22 Osprey

Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, following all Parker Hannifin Standard Operating Procedures and Safety regulations and practices. The incumbent contributes to and participates in a strong team environment.
- Operation and set-up of wire winding machines
- Operation and set-up of the horizontal braiding machines
- Adjustment of tooling to ensure braided product is within specifications
- Responsible for the quality and productivity of assignment.
- Accountable for process, evaluation, measurement and documentation
- Participate in High Performance Teams in order to identify, assess, decide and action tasks that support and improve upon safe, quality and timely production
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Leader
- United States Residency required
- HS diploma or GED required;
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred;
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Must be able to accurately and consistently record all measurements with tape measures, calipers and and/or micrometers for quality audit documentation
- Attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot for process improvement
- Effective English verbal and listening communication skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Successful prioritizing and management of work projects
- Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the plant
- Frequent use of hands to grasp, hold or otherwise manipulate machinery and parts
- Stretching, reaching above shoulders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending
- Visual acuity
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Frequently lifting/moving of objects up to 30 lbs.
- Manufacturing plant: Exposure to moving parts on line, as well as moving equipment throughout the plant
