- Foster near-miss safety culture by providing proper feedback to team members.
- Expand safety audit program to ensure safe use of equipment.
- Conduct EHS audits.
- Expand waste management program. Organize shipping and record keeping of waste disposal.
- Facilitate Safety High Performance Team meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or completed degree in related field, such as: Chemistry, Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering. Candidate shall have completed sophomore year with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to work effectively in a variety of environments and assignments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
