Parker Hannifin is a global leader in motion and control technologies. We are seeking an experienced Plant Value Stream Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more plant value streams, implementing lean systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with the Value Stream Manager to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, ensure a safe working environment, and drive quality improvements.
- Develop and lead associates to achieve outstanding results in terms of productivity, quality, and safety.
- Oversee day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual expectations.
- Maintain a visually controlled environment to assure no problems are hidden.
- Work with the Value Stream Manager to develop the future state value stream map and manage plans to achieve it.
