Responsibilities
- Responsible of all aspects of the product commercialization process including project function, schedule, and budget.
- Working with other functional departments, develop project implementation plans.
- Track projects compared to plan with focus on function, schedule and budget.
- Coordinate team activities to meet all the projects goals.
- Monitor project results and communicate any shortfalls with the project team and management.
- Recommend corrective action when a project plan does not meet objectives.
- Hold regular update meetings.
- Track and monitor projected product costs.
- Support and participate in all Lean activities.
- Works with Quality, Production, Engineering, Marketing and related departments as required. Organize and direct as necessary to ensure successful project milestones are achieved.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
- 2-3 years of job related experience.
- PC literate (MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Project and AutoCAD preferred.)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with contacts.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
