Job Description
Utility Kitchen Worker - Monroe - Full time - $17.00 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike environment - Excellent benefits including optional medical, dental and vision plans, 25 paid days off, pension plan, annual holiday bonus, and free meal for every shift worked, 11 : 00am - 7 : 00pm including every other weekend - The Kitchen Utility Workeris responsible to ensure the highest quality and standards of cleanliness and sanitation. To complete duties assigned as well as washing dishes and pots, sweeping, mopping, removing garbage and cardboard. To provide accurate, timely receiving procedures in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

MINIMUM QUALITIFCATIONS
- High School graduate or GED
- Skill and experience using a commercial dishwasher
- Skill and experience cleaning commercial cooking equipment
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
- Flu vaccine will be required or receive medical exemption prior to employment
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes

As a pioneer in the field of aging service, our Monroe Township residence is the result of decades of research and over a century of experience. Parker at Monroe provides nursing and memory care services to individuals with all stages of dementias, who may also have complex physical needs. The campus consists of six "small homes"; sixteen elders with similar needs reside in each small home. The homes and programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, and a sense of community among our elders and their care partners.
