We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for an in-home geriatric counseling position in Monmouth County.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 client caseload and be supervised for their clinical hours, free of charge, with a minimum caseload requirement.
The hourly rate is $41.00. Benefits include the ability to make your own schedule (Monday - Friday), with flexibility for additional hours; professional development assistance; mileage reimbursement; and local clients.

Senior Care Options by Parker provides customized Geriatric Care Management services and Behavioral Health services by licensed social workers to individuals in their homes and communities across Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own environment by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Services will help support participants in maintaining independence in their own environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master's degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ are required.
- A NJ driver's license in good standing is required.
- Two (2) years of counseling experience are preferred.
- EHR knowledge is preferred.
- A flu vaccine or medical exemption is required prior to employment.
