We have 2 positions available: A field position which includes a hybrid pay system with hourly and commission and a Supervisory position to oversee the department including working with plumbers, building departments and inspectors, quoting residential replacement equipment including tank and tankless water heaters, boilers, water filtration systems, etc., training management.

A Day in the Life of a Plumber
Our Master Plumber Field position will troubleshoot plumbing equipment and related problems and presents those findings and options to the customer, providing advice as needed/requested. Our Master Plumber completes approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standard hours per repair pricing guide. As a Master Plumber, you will provide the customer with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other improvements and collect for all work performed. Our Master Plumber also performs equipment installations as needed and ensures complete customer satisfaction. In addition, our Plumber keeps clean equipment/work area and maintains truck.
What you Need to be Qualified for the Plumber Position
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a Plumber
- Colorado Plumbing state license
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Excellent communication skills and a self-starter
