Parker Hospitality will be conducting OPEN INTERVIEWS for our new location The Hampton Social Dallas. We’re looking for seasoned hospitality professionals with a love for hospitality.
- Date: February 17th - 21st
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: Interviews will be conducted at The Joule Hotel located at 1530 Main St Dallas, TX 75201

Job Summary
The Back of House (BOH) Key Holder is a leadership role within Parker Hospitality, responsible for supporting kitchen operations during assigned shifts. This position plays a key role in supervising and guiding BOH staff, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. The BOH Key Holder works closely with the management team to uphold Parker Hospitality’s core values and ensure smooth and effective operations.
Responsibilities
Shift Supervision
- Oversee BOH staff during shifts, including line cooks, prep cooks, & utility staff, ensuring adherence to standards
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to review daily objectives, discuss kitchen priorities, and reinforce safety protocols
- Serve as primary point of contact for BOH staff during shifts, addressing issues and providing support as needed
- Monitor kitchen flow, ensuring timely preparation, plating, and delivery of food items
Culinary Quality & Experience
- Ensure food preparation meets company standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
- Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations, including allergen protocols and sanitation practices
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance w/ food safety standards & report any issues to Executive Chef
Operational Intelligence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all BOH areas, including workstations, storage, and equipment
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients and prepared items
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, equipment checks, and task completion
Team Development
- Motivate and guide BOH staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Assist in training team members on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
- Promote teamwork and positive communication among kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and maintain efficiency and morale
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Current ServSafe (or equivalent) certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Maintain professionalism and act as a role model for BOH staff
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations
