The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a RN-Director of Clinical Services skilled in CHHA/Hospice regulations and nursing leadership to join our team and play a key role in the oversight, regulatory compliance and growth of Parker's Community Health Services Program.
This is an excellent clinical leadership opportunity for a licensed nurse knowledgeable in Home Care/Hospice regulations to provide clinical and administrative oversight of the program, including the implementation, delivery, coordination and supervision of home care and hospice services and ensure we maintain our high quality of care standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) in New York state, along with a Degree in Nursing or a related field

Two or more years of experience in a management/supervisory role in a CHHA/Hospice or other community health setting setting

Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead teams and empower staff

Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills; is cooperative and helpful

Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
