This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.Some of your daily tasks as RN Supervisor include overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the overnight shift including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring overall compliance with Parker's policies, procedures, standards and regulations.This position is a key clinical leadership role within the organization, with the ability to make an impact on the staff and the residents we care for, and offers a significant personal and professional opportunity to join a world-renowned health care organization.
