Customer and Volunteer Services Manager - Pavilion/Corporate - Exempt - Parker is one of the most advanced healthcare centers in New Jersey, providing a complete spectrum of person centered aging services, and access to an entire healthcare network through partnerships with major providers, all under one roof. Additional responsibility to oversee the organization-wide Volunteer Services program ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic goals. Design, implement and grow a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan for volunteer engagement, including partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, volunteer management, guest services, or a related field strongly preferred
- Previous management or supervisor experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Experience developing and delivering training sessions or presentations.
- Commitment to Parker’s mission and a passion for enhancing the lives of older adults
- Flu vaccination will be required during flu season
