Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pavilion/Corporate - Exempt - Parker is one of the most advanced healthcare centers in New Jersey, providing a complete spectrum of person centered aging services, and access to an entire healthcare network through partnerships with major providers, all under one roof. Recruit diverse talent in a multi-site organization and review, analyze and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. Develop, nurture relationships and maintain a robust, active pool of qualified and potential candidates. Partner with leadership to effectively anticipate and develop plans for key staffing initiatives. Manage applicant tracking system, position requisitions, background and health screens and external job sites. Be accountable to fill specific jobs in a timely manner and other responsibilities as assigned. Enhance and implement employment marketing strategies to attract job seekers and network through industry contacts, associations, memberships, Universities, and employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources/related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-4 years proven work experience as a Recruiter; healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicant tracking system familiarity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume department
- Flu vaccine required or receive medical exemption prior to employment
