Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiter, they will help streamline the hiring process and ensure all pre-boarding actions and screenings are completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, they will represent the company at recruiting events, providing job-related information, interviewing candidates, manage job requisitions, and contribute to various HR projects as needed. All responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with Equal Employment laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two or more years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Higher education (two- or four-year college degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Background and Health Screen knowledge, talent acquisition, prescreening and interviewing experience preferred
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time-management, organizational skills and a keen eye for details and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, internet, and applicant tracking systems and databases
- Applicant tracking system familiarity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume department
- Flu vaccine required or receive medical exemption prior to employment
