JOB SCOPE :
- Responsible for serving guests at the pool in a friendly, orderly, safe and efficient manner.
JOB FUNCTIONS :
1. Prepares pools and activities areas for the day.
2. Prepares the bar for the day.
3. Sets tables in front of Lemonade Stand.
4. If no Pool Bartender is scheduled, follows all steps on Bartender SOP.
5. If no Pool Houseperson is scheduled, follows all steps on Pool Housepeson SOP.
1. Greets guests according to standards.
2. Checks all pool and activity areas every 15 minutes.
3. Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
4. Delivers orders in a timely manner.
5. Assists guests in other needs they might have at the pool.
6. Prepares checks, collects payments and follows cashiering procedures.
7. Picks up food orders in the kitchen using one of our service bikes.
8. Responsible for ensuring pools, bar and activities areas are clean.
9. Sets up work area and other stations with necessary supplies.
10. Maintains guests’ satisfaction as his / her priority.
11. Ensures sufficient towels are available for guests.
12. Has good knowledge of and helps guests with questions about our activities : Petanque, Croquet, Tennis and bikes.
13. Closes down activities areas at end of day and ensures everything is locked up correctly.
14. Follows and works according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
15. Other tasks as required.
