Responsible for providing Food and Beverage service in the assigned outlet (from setup to breakdown) including cashier functions.
JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Greets guests according to standards
2. Explains daily specials, takes orders and serves the food and beverage items
3. Prepares checks, collects payments and follows cashiering procedures
4. Completely understand and follow the department and hotel standards
5. Replenish all service items (silverware, glasses, china as well as other general supplies)
6. Takes responsibility to keep the restaurant clean at all times
7. Clears and sets tables and chairs
8. Sets up work area and other stations with necessary supplies (nuts, napkins, mixers, etc)
9. Retrieves food items from the kitchen and beverages from the bar OR the Norma’s bar area
10. Collects dirty items and brings them to the dishwasher as well as breaks down the service area
11. Assists other servers in pre busing tables and serving guests
12. Check if the music system and lights are working properly.
13. Wipe all tables and chairs whenever necessary
14. Maintains guests satisfaction his / her top priority
15. Follows and works according to the standard operating procedures of the restaurant
16. Other tasks as required
