Job Summary:
- Work closely with Sr. Manager of Finance and Accounting to manage financial transactions
- Provide general HR Administration, expert personnel documentation, and record management
- Be the first point of contact for all HR, payroll, and benefit-related queries
- Provide in-person HR support
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping together with Sr. Manager of Finance
- Supervise outsourced tasks and track compliance with internal procedures and goals
- Support Sr. Director of Finance with the budget process (reporting, system input, collecting data, etc.)
- Monitor monthly Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for US Business
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and ad hoc queries
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacations, and sick leaves)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses and leaves
- Act as first point of contact for all local HR queries, liaising with Sr. Director of HR to ensure resolutions
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
- Support Sr. Director of HR with recruitment: posting job ads, processing resumes, scheduling interviews
- Support team with access to building and offices, and schedule bookings for conference facilities
- Support arrangements for employee engagement activities, anniversary celebrations, & key milestones
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees (share onboarding packages and explain company policies)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation/Benefits:
- The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000, depending upon the qualifications of the individual candidate, and level/years of relevant experience
- This company offers a comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, PTO, company holidays, and more).
- It also offers a hybrid work schedule consisting of 3 days per week in the NYC office (Tues. - Thurs.).
