We’re an independent home and auto insurance agency located in McKinney, dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients. Our focus is on building lasting relationships, ensuring our customers feel confident and secure in their coverage.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
- Educate clients on their coverage options and help them make informed decisions
- Work closely with other agents and insurance carriers to ensure seamless policy management
- Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with industry changes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in insurance or customer service preferred
- Texas P&C insurance license (or the desire and drive to obtain one)
- A friendly, professional, and proactive approach to client interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a team setting
- High school or equivalent / Some college or college degree preferred

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm / no weekends
