ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Customize and configure modules, workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and system integrations, with monitoring capabilities for key integrations.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user guides for system implementations. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices to continuously improve our processes.
- Utilize and manage integrations with platforms like AWS and Azure for additional storage and cloud capabilities. Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations with 3rd-party systems.
