ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsibilities :
- Drive the sales growth of food and beverage programs.
- Identify opportunities for improving margins and introducing new products.
- Develop communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are aligned during product rollouts.
- Ensure that products and services are delivered on time, at the agreed price, and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best product selection possible and cost efficiency.
- Develop and document operational processes for food service and beverage programs.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Pricebook team) to ensure proper recipe setup, pricing, and cost management
- Implement and monitor the execution of food and beverage programs, ensuring high standards in food preparation, portion control, presentation, and cost control.
- Provide operational support, ensuring food service meets company expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and cost control measures.
- Monitor operations to ensure all food and beverage programs are operating within budget and aligned with company goals.
