Food Service Manager is responsible for :
Ensure product is received, stored, and rotated following FIFO methodMaintain company standards for food production, shelf life, recipes, product quality, andpresentation
Hold employees accountable to following recipesManage company standards for food production, shelf life, recipes, product quality, andpresentation
