As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across our retail stores and corporate departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process that enhances the candidate’s experience. This position requires adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance high-volume retail hiring with strategic corporate recruitment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for high-volume store roles and corporate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Continuously evaluate and update recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging recruitment analytics and feedback from candidates and hiring managers to implement best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and recruitment technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for both retail and corporate roles to meet ongoing staffing needs.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment activities to promote employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
