What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Caregiver - Kiddo Club Play Program position at Parker's Place?
Parker’s Place is an indoor playspace dedicated to providing children with a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Our new Kiddo Club play program offers structured care and supervised play for children aged 18 months to 5 years during the day.
We’re looking for passionate and experienced Certified Caregivers to join our team and create a nurturing, engaging, and fun-filled atmosphere for young children while providing parents with a reliable short-term care option.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent required
✔ CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Experience working with children ages 18 months – 5 years in a daycare, preschool, or play-based setting
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to create an engaging, nurturing, and structured environment
✔ Must pass a background check and provide professional references
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
