Parker Service, Inc is looking to hire an Impound Agent! Parker's is a family-owned and operated towing service that has over 5 locations throughout the Fort Wayne area, more than 70 large and small hook trucks and over 100 employees. Parker’s has been reliably and honestly providing excellent customer service to the Fort Wayne area for more than 85 years. We value our employees and understand the importance of work-life balance.
Impound Agents deal with customers on a daily basis. They answer calls via phone or in-person, assisting customers quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, can work both independently and as a team, and is reliable.
Looking to make an immediate hire!
Pay starts at $14.00/hour with potential for growth!
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6 pm. Every other Saturday 8 am – Noon. No nights!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in-person and over the phone
- Walking the impound lot for inventory
- Creating and organizing invoices
- Organizing and filing paperwork
Qualifications:
- Ability to Multitask
- Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Cash Handling Experience
- Self-Motivated to Work in Both Team and Independent Settings
- Willing to Learn
- Ability to Handle High-Pressure Situations
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus, but not required
