What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Scheduler position at Parker Trutec?
Position Summary: Generates and schedules PM and predictive maintenance activities. Participate in developing and updating predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs and criteria for various types of equipment. Controls spare parts, inventory current spare parts, establish min/max based off usage, PM plan, create vendor/supplier list for critical parts. Take maintenance plan and bring together all the resources to complete it. Involve assembling and coordinating the information people, materials, equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to get the job done
Qualifications (include but are not limited to):
- 5 years of professional experience in a facility manufacturing or maintenance planning role
- Proficiency in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) software
- Organizational & Team Building Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Abilities
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Must have fork lift experience
Safety and Environment Responsibilities
- Follow company policies such that you work in a safe manner with responsibility for the environment.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Facilitate all items in need of repair or replacement, track & report status
- Plan for equipment shutdowns to repair based off PdM, PM & Countermeasure activity
- Manage activity for total spare parts inventory control system
- Purchase maintenance parts
- Update scheduling calendar to prioritize equipment based on customer demands
- Report to manager all outstanding jobs, PM’s and work orders
- Work with outside contractors when needed
- Weekly/Monthly reporting:
- Parts used by location with cost breakdown
- PM & Work Order Plan vs Actual
