Your Role as Superintendent

Responsibilities :

Managing and supervising subcontractors, trades, and field crews.

Overseeing interior finish work, including high-end millwork, flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and specialty installations.

Coordinating site inspections and ensuring compliance with public works and state-funded project regulations.

Maintaining strict safety and security protocols in an occupied government facility.

Managing construction schedules, logistics, and material coordination for night-shift operations.

Working directly with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep the project on track.

Conducting weekly site meetings and providing progress updates.

Using Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office to track and report project progress.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills :

8 years of construction experience, with at least 4 years as a Superintendent.

Extensive experience in interior finish work for commercial or public projects.

Proven ability to manage night-shift construction in an occupied facility.

Experience with site inspections on public works and state-funded projects.

Experience in secure or high-traffic public projects is highly valued.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore (preferred).

OSHA-30 certification (preferred, but can be obtained).

Soft Skills & Requirements :

No job hoppers – candidates must have a consistent work history.

Ability to work 4-10s (Monday-Thursday, 6 : 30 PM - 5 : 00 AM).

Must pass an extensive background check and DMV screening (security badging required).

Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects.

Local to Las Vegas, NV, or willing to relocate.

Compensation & Schedule

Location : Las Vegas, NV – On-site role.

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 30 PM - 5 : 00 AM (Night Shift).

Salary Range : $130K-$135K.
