In This Role, You Will:
As an DON, you'll take the lead in
delivering exceptional nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family
satisfaction. Operating within the State Nurse Practice Act, you'll:
- Delegate patient care tasks to LPNs and CNAs, supporting their roles effectively.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and guide care planning.
- Collaborate with your nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to create
impactful care plans.

Educational and Vocational Requirements:
- RN license in good standing
- BLS through American Heart Association
- Provide verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company
policy (administered onsite if needed).
- Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Adhere to legal requirements, standards, and policies, including compliance with the
Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act,
and HIPAA.
- Report concerns or suspected non-compliance promptly to the supervisor, Compliance
Liaison, or Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline.
- Cooperate with monitoring, audit functions, and investigations.
- Participate in quality assurance and process improvement activities as requested.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per week
