Position Summary:
The Area Practice Manager serves as a strategic leader, providing comprehensive direction, oversight, and operational management for multiple dermatology facilities within a designated region. This role encompasses the development and implementation of clinical quality initiatives and staffing strategies to ensure alignment with PhyNet’s overarching goals of delivering superior patient care, exceptional service, and achieving optimal financial performance. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years as a healthcare practice administrator in a medium-to-large physician group, with dermatology experience preferred.
