General Description
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be accountable for assisting customers who come to our facility to purchase tires or have their tires serviced. Experience is preferred however we are willing to provide job training.
Position Type: Full Time
General Schedule:
· Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00pm
Hourly Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour based on experience
Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent (Required)
- CA Driver License (Required)
- US Work authorization (Required)
- Must speak English
- Spanish speaking (Preferred)
- Previous experience (Preferred), but willing to train
- Must be self-starting and willing to take initiative
- Must be willing and able to work successfully without direct supervision
- Must have excellent communication skills and work well with others
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist and guide customers in the selection and purchase of appropriate tires
- Assist customers with the replacement and/or repair of tires on their vehicles
- Create billing documents and process payments
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
