Position Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to help keep our campus clean, organized, and in excellent condition. This role is hands-on and varied , requiring someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to assist with general maintenance, cleaning, and event setups . The schedule may include evenings and weekends as needed for school functions and church events.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus Cleanliness : Assist with daily cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing common areas, classrooms, and restrooms.
- Event Setup & Breakdown : Arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for school and church functions.
- Light Maintenance : Perform minor repairs, change lightbulbs, and assist the facilities team with routine upkeep.
- Safety & Organization : Ensure hallways, outdoor spaces, and storage areas remain clean, clear, and well-maintained .
- Team Support : Work closely with the facilities team to ensure the campus operates efficiently and smoothly.
