Job Summary
The Restaurant Team Member - Culinary Services position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dish room environment. This includes running dishes and silverware through the dish machine, cleaning equipment and areas as designated by management, and keeping the dish room clean at all times.
This role also requires maintaining sufficient supplies of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods. Additionally, the team member will be responsible for cleaning the dish machine after every meal, sweeping and mopping the floor at the end of each day, and emptying the mop bucket.
