What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Operations Assistant position at Parkhurst Dining?
Responsibilities
- Run dishes and silverware through the dish machine following proper procedures
- Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- Keep the dish room clean at all times
- Maintain sufficient supplies of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- Clean the dish machine after every meal
- Sweep and mop the floor at the end of each day
- Empty the mop bucket
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Able to perform each essential function satisfactorily

Physical Demands
- Standing and/or walking - 100% of time
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
