Description
We seek a dedicated and experienced Assistant Operation Manager to support parking operations at our Hollywood locations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing high-profile events and daily parking services, ensuring smooth and professional operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to coordinate parking logistics efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facility Manager in supervising and coordinating events and daily parking operations.
- Help manage and train parking attendants, ensuring adherence to company policies and high service standards.
- Support the setup and breakdown of parking areas, including proper signage and traffic flow.
- Monitor vehicle handling to maintain safety and security for guest vehicles.
- Communicate with event organizers, venue staff, and clients regarding parking needs and expectations.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Track parking operations, including vehicle counts and staffing needs, and report to management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize parking management software or ticketing systems as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of parking or facility management experience, preferably in an event setting.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with high-end clients or luxury venues.
- Knowledge of parking ticketing systems and traffic flow management.
- CPR or first-aid certification is a plus.
