Position Summary:
The Hotel Self-Parking Regional Director is a strategic, hands-on leader overseeing a key segment of the company’s Hotel Self-Parking portfolio. Reporting to the Divisional Vice President, this role ensures operational excellence, drives profitable growth, and strengthens client relationships. Success requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and the ability to mentor and develop teams across multiple locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership - Oversees all assigned locations and managerial teams, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and compliance with corporate standards. Leads the implementation of company-wide initiatives and best practices across the region.
- Business Development - Drives growth by leveraging marketing resources and networking to secure new business. Expands service offerings, such as valet parking and other revenue-generating programs, while collaborating with HR and leadership to design competitive service packages.
- Financial Management - Maintains financial oversight of all regional locations, managing budgets, revenue reports, and profit-and-loss statements. Provides regular updates to senior leadership and actively participates in operational meetings to optimize financial performance.
- Team & Client Engagement - Leads recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of management teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strengthens client relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Travel & Communication - Requires up to 30% travel for site assessments, operational support, and new account launches. Ensures timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including the use of personal devices for work purposes and urgent matters.
- Additional Responsibilities - Handles other duties as needed to support operational and financial objectives, remaining flexible and responsive to evolving business needs as assigned by leadership.

- Client Management - Expertise in building lasting client relationships, anticipating needs, and adapting strategies across multiple locations to ensure strong partnerships.
- Payroll Oversight - Proficient in scheduling, overtime control, and guiding managers on cost-efficient, policy-compliant scheduling.
- Technology Expertise - Familiarity with revenue management and scheduling software, collaborating with IT and vendors to implement system improvements.
- Communication & Reporting - Effectively conveys goals, progress, and challenges to all levels, ensuring clear reporting and proactive collaboration.
- Education/Experience - A college diploma is required. A minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience in customer service or hospitality management is strongly preferred, with additional leadership training, certifications, or business-related coursework seen as an advantage.
- Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within a 3-year period).
- Must maintain a clean background check.
- No special certifications are required.
Work Environment:
The work environment for this role includes both indoor and outdoor conditions, where associates are regularly exposed to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, extreme cold, and humid or wet environments. The ability to physically move supplies and visually inspect spaces is essential.
Physical Demands:
The physical requirements of this job include the ability to stand for up to eight hours, walk various distances, and repeatedly throughout a shift. Associates must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Additionally, associates must have clear verbal communication skills and the ability to hear in noisy and chaotic environments to effectively perform essential job functions.

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA):
This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and as such, employees in this role are entitled to receive overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek at the rate of one and one-half times the regular hourly rate. PMC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage and overtime laws, and compensation will be provided in accordance with these standards. Hourly rates will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage in your work location.
