The Overnight Valet Parking Attendant position in hospitality earns a competitive wage of $15 - $25 /hour (hourly wage is an average including base pay, tips and bonuses).

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OVERNIGHT VALET PARKING ATTENDANT
The Valet Parking Attendant is the first point of contact for guests of hotels we provide service to. It is because of our amazing associates like you that we are known for our top-notch customer service. They are the face of our company!
Their core responsibility is to complete our valet services billing for our client. When needed, your core responsibility is to park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely. They always welcome guests with a warm smile as you open their doors for them and put them at ease as you take over the responsibility of parking their cars for them. They always treat them and their property with the utmost respect. They are proud of the way you set the stage for the high level of hospitality experienced by guests.
If you love meeting new people and getting to be physically active as you run several miles and lift heavy luggage throughout your shift. Who has time to go to the gym anyway? You get it all done at work! You also ensure that guests' departures are smooth and efficient by retrieving their vehicles for them swiftly. Your passion for providing the best possible customer service at all times is why you excel in this position!
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
- Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
