SEEKING FULLTIME Supervisor:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a Welcoming atmosphere for all guests arriving and departing
- Responsible for running the garage booth or ramp
- Provide excellent customer service assisting with directions, area recommendations etc
- Ensuring a smooth and safe operation for guests and employees
- Direct and supervise valets, doorman, bellman etc
- Assist with transportation needs: sign up arrivals, call cabs, shuttles etc
- Assist with loading / unloading luggage
Qualifications
Position requirements include but are not limited to:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License for the applicable state
- Experience in valet parking required.
- Smith Systems certified preferred
- Lifting up to 100 pounds frequently
- standing for 8 hours
- Running & walking for 20 minutes at a time frequently
- Must have ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Must be able to convey information and ideas effectively
- Must be able to effectively problem solve with guests and coworkers
